The Pavilion is a brand new event space in the downtown Indianapolis area. In October of 2017, our team was approached to assist in increasing awareness in their upcoming new years eve event. Our team of designers and online specialists worked with The Pavilion’s management to create a stream of online content to achieve the outlined goals. Our strategy was to create an online community of event-goers to stimulate awareness at an organic level. additionally, we created a variety of ticketing tiers and giveaways via various Facebook event pages and Instagram promotions.
We sold out the event including all the VIP tables two weeks before (2500+ tickets sold). We were able to utilize the data collected during the 2017 new years eve campaigns to drastically reduce costs in 2018 and increase exposure across all channels. We have worked with The Pavilion since, to increase engagement for specific events and overall brand awareness.
